Aging in the Anthropocene

Aging in the Anthropocene
Facilitated by Jan Inglis
February 4- 25

There is so much to navigate in the aging process in terms of health issues, relationships, identities, purpose and spiritual beliefs while reconciling paths taken or not taken. But our generation now also has the legacy of climate and social instability to consider which brings a whole other layer of existential questions and practical choices. What does it mean to become an elder during these times?  What skills of self-care, and co-care can we learn in order to sustain an ethical engaged presence? Within a framework of cultural evolution, these considerations are more generative if shared in community instead of in isolation.
